Reporting for Counties with a Population Over 1 Million (HB 1182)

Section 71.035(a) of the Texas Government Code requires counties with a population of at least one million to include additional information in their monthly reports for each district and county court in the county

Performance Measures for District & County Courts (HB 2384)

Section 72.083(b) of the Texas Government Code, created by HB 2384 (88th Legislature, Regular Session), requires the Office of Court Administration to collect and publish a report annually including performance measures for each district court, statutory county court, statutory probate court, and county court. District and county clerk offices are required to submit annual court level data for the completion of this report. 

The reporting timeframe is September 1 through August 31. One report must be submitted to OCA for each court for the fiscal year by November 1.
