This is a possible starting point for your Purchasing and Accounts Payable information. It list the files according to your numbering, and adheres to basic accessibility and site style guidelines for links. We'll move the final pages into the correct location when you're ready.
These are basically the raw lists, tweaked a bit to head in a user-friendly direction.
Files were grouped into categories according to cues in their file names, and those cues were moved from link text to category headings,
Subheadings were added under "Accounts Payable Life Cycle", as a further sample of substituting structure for verbosity, but I went no further than this one sample, as you'll want to organize as you see fit.
Numbering has been removed from link text (but not from link title, and of course, not from file name, as that is impossible once the file has been uploaded).
Numbering was imposed semantically in some cases (by highlighting the list and clicking the ordered list icon in the toolbar), replacing the hardcoded numbers embedded in link titles. These can easily be changed back to bulleted list. Furthermore, numbered lists under different headings can continue numbering where the last list left off; they needn't start over from 1.
Acronyms are spelled out (at least in headings and at least, the ones I could figure out)
Note: Headings that say "Stuff" are an indication that I had no idea what category or categories I was dealing with.
