The Civil Docketing Statement can now be e-signed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Once e-signed, the Civil document is ready to be e-filed without using the print to PDF procedure.

After completing the form, in order to create a PDF suitable for electronic filing you must use the Print to PDF feature as follows:

When printing, select "Adobe PDF" or other PDF printing software as your printer destination. You will be prompted to save the file. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, free software is available to Print to PDF, including CutePDF for PC and PDF Writer for Mac.

• The "Adobe PDF" print driver is included in the purchase of Adobe Acrobat
• When printing, select "Adobe PDF" as your printer destination.

• Download free from http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
• Install both the writer and the converter.
• When printing, select "CutePDF Writer" as your printer destination.

• When printing, select "PDFWriter" as your printer destination.
